At the launch of the Report in Rome (a global launch of the report took place on March 20, 2018, in Washington D.C.), the key messages of the report and their relevance to today’s policy agenda will be highlighted by both the FAO Director-General and the IFPRI Director-General.

This will be followed by a moderated discussion where the audience will have the opportunity to comment and ask questions on the relevance of the report’s findings.

The audience will comprise permanent representatives to the Rome-based agencies, staff and experts of FAO, IFAD and WFP, and other international organizations present in Rome.
